Issue with REST authentication -method failed with code 401- invalid username/password combo.

Hi Team,

I am facing issue with REST base authentication. In this case, i don't have to use basic authentication but its kind of SSO cookie token (generated separately which is getting without any issue) and pass it through REST header. While test its giving method failed with code 401- invalid username/password combo.

So you are trying to consume ServiceNow API from 3rd party right?

Did you check by trying from some other tool i.e. postman and try to consume.

Check username and password is proper.
