KB Article accessible without having to login into ServiceNow

Hello Alll,

 

We are looking to have a KB made available in the login page of  our ServiceNow, which should be accessible to users without needing them to login to the tool. Is this something possible , if so what configuration needs to be done in the KB to make it available.

 

I noticed that In Hi Support login page the below KB is accessbile without logging in. So i am assuming I should be having a solution to my question.

Hi,



My understanding is that it's possible for a public access to knowledge articles a on a per article basis. The following should be helpful:



Public Knowledge Articles


Can guest user access a public knowledge article without login into SSO authenticated instance?


Make some articles public and others require authentication without roles
