There is a kb article which has valid to date. whenever user creates a kb article it validates that the date should not be less than today's date. after validating we can publish it will go for approval to this it is workinjg fine. But after the kb articles expires it sets bac to draft state. In this case the date is not validating like previously it is validating whenever the user is creating.
