Hi,
When I search in my dev ServiceNow instance, I am not able to find any options for Key Management. However, I watched this ServiceNow Demo: TechNow Ep 89 | Navigating Encryption Options - YouTube if you go directly to minute:second(27:46), there is a demo of Key management. I don't see this "Key Management" option shown in the demo in my dev instance. I have installed almost all the encryption plugins available there(Encryption core, support, Mobile edge encryption etc.) Do I have to purchase a column level encryption subscription to see this option? Any help will be much appreciated
Thanks,
Lawrence.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for your response. I don't see Key Management Admin even if I elevate myself to security admin. Am I missing something?
Thanks,
Lawrence.

Not sure how this working in a PDI, but it should work in your corporate instance at least. I didn't need to elevate to see that menu.
You may want to create a case to get things going, but I will try to help here too.
What version are you on? Looks like Rome, but I want to be sure. Should be default in Rome, but possibly due to your upgrade path, you need to request it.
Do you have the property glide_encryption.cle_replatforming_with_kmf? It is set to opt_in?
I assume the encryption core plugin is installed?
I believe the correct plugin for Rome is com.glide.now.platform.encryption. However, I have key management, but I cannot see that plugin is installed, so that confuses me. it is possible you need support to enable it.
