Hi! Newbie here to Knowledge Management. In our knowledge reports there is an out of box column for views "View Count". I'm trying to determine if that is just a count of views for the latest version of that knowledge article or if it is a cumulative count across all versions. If it is just a count of views for that specific version, has anyone figured out a way to create a column that does a cumulative count across all versions of a knowledge article?

Hello @eaucoin
Table: kb_use will let you know the actual view count for each KB article version:
Hope that helps!

Thanks! In your screen shot, what is the difference between the two columns Viewed and Times Viewed?
