Knowledge Base editor adding unwanted Numbered and Bulleted lists and space

Please help me on this, 

• Unwanted list elements

When I create a list (ordered or unordered) and publish the article, the page auto-adds an element to the bottom of the list. If I return to the article, remove the unwanted code in the HTML editor, and publish again -  the unwanted list element appears again. 

• Uneven line spacing with linked text

If a word or phrase in a sentence has a hyperlink, the height of the spacing for that line is greater than normal. In the shot below, Classic Canvas Quickstart guide is a link. The line spacing below that is way too wide (the yellow bar).

Still the same issue, I am getting extra bullet when i save the article.

Per ServiceNow Support -

"The issue is due to a known Product Defect "PRB1782444" in Xanadu. Solution Proposed: Upon reviewing our internal documentation, it appears that the issue you are facing has been logged by our development team under PRB1782444. This PRB is currently being addressed in "Xanadu Patch 4," which is expected to be released by the end of next month. Unfortunately, there is no workaround available at this time. Upgrading to the fixed version after its release should resolve the issue."
