After enabling Service Portal I've noticed there are no Knowledge articles available in the OOB Portal. We have several active knowledge bases, but nothing is shown in the search results, and when I navigate to the Knowledge page, there is a message that there are "No categories available
Where in the Service Portal can I see which Knowledge Bases are included in the Portal?
I've seen other posts in the communities from a few years ago that maintain only 1 KB is allowed per Portal. Is this still a limitation?

Hi Brian,
Look for Service Portal >> Portal from application navigator.
In the list layout add Knowledge base column. Look for the appropriate portal & ensure knowledge base is populated.

Hi Jaspal,
wanted to check on some part.
We created HR Knowledge base for HR Application but in HR portal (esc) it is not visible although there is no "Can Read" criteria.
Any idea?

But is the Knowledge base set at the Portal level for ESC?
There was a similar setup done in one of our business case & ESC shows HR Knowlege base while IT shows IT specific knowledge base & so-on with other portal (Facilities, etc.)
Also, at knowledge base it is better to check for Can Contribute criteria as well.

Hi,
When I checked OOB ESC Portal there is no knowledge base associated to it still it shows other Knowledge bases.
The knowledge bases which are visible has Can Read user criteria but the one we created doesn't have any
