Thanks a lot for replying! We are looking for taxonomy ideas/samples on how to organize our knowledge base. We are not completely new to creating KBs and we have several already. But we are looking for taxonomy best practices. Our KBs are hosting IT related documentation.
If you have anything already and are wiling to share that information, it would be really helpful.
