When launching PRWA on a Windows 10 system it doesn't seem to be reading the registry settings for going through the proxy.
Going to the article here I have tried everything possible to avoid calling the proxy when launching the PRWA but using procmon I still see it is calling out to the proxy: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-servicenow-platform/page/administer/login/task/win-proxy-reg...
I have tried disabling the proxy, bypassing the proxy on local, and removing the PAC file configuration on the Window's machine network configuration settings. When running procmon I never see the PRWA call out to the reset URL and it doesn't launch.
I have never been able to get PRWA to launch and I am not sure where at in the configuration has to be updated.
