Link to a knowledge base from the Service Portal

We have an end-user knowledge base that we want to link to from the knowledge portal. I tried using a "VBP Icon Link" pointing to the kb_view2 page, but that isn't working. Any recommendations?

This was an issue in our QA environement. When I created a "VBP Icon Link" and point it to kb_view2 in our prod or test environment, it works correctly.

Hi Jeromy,



We can set the knowledgebase from portals.



For this go to Service Portal>> Portal>> Open your portal>> set the knowledge base as desired.

I have the knowledge base defined at the portal level, but I am needing to create a link to it on the Service Portal so our customers can click it and explore the knowledge base.
