Load Quiz UI page is broken

Hi Team,

Quiz designer we use has Load Quiz UI page and it must show list of quiz created, but its not showing. Only for admins its showing the quiz.

How to check the feature in OOB instance i couldn't find quiz module in OOB

Anyone having assessment_admin or admin can only have complete access and can load the quizzes.
