Hello, I’m trying to learn about implementations, but when I try to log in to the servicenow store I see this:

Sorry, you can't login with this ServiceNow ID
Please make sure that your ServiceNow ID uses the same email address you currently use to login to Now Support. To login to Store, you can do any of the following:

I try to log in with my main mail but it doesn’t allow me, since apparently I need to be a customer,
Does anyone know if there’s a way to log in with a personal email? or how can I download the files to install them in my personal instance so I can learn about implementations?

I hope someone can guide me about this
thank you very much
greetings

Hi

as the text states, you need an account on support.servicenow.com. You get such an account if you are a customer or a vendor/partner who works for a customer.

But I'm wondering why you need a login to the store, as for learning you can install all the important plugins in your instance directly.

So what store application do you need exactly that you cannot proceed with learning?

Kind regards
Maik

Hello maik sorry for the delay,
I need to log in to the store because for example for the zoom application (Zoom Admin Alerts), adobe sign (Adobe Sign application), druva (Druva app) it asks to download the plugins from the SN store.

The applications that I would like to learn to implement would be
Github, Adobe(sign), zoom,druva and Confluence

Could you advise me which ones would be good to learn to implement?

Thank you very much for your answer, I really appreciate your help

I'm having the same problem. I need to test ScienceLogic SL1: CMDB & Incident Automation, on my Dev instance. However, it is only available through the app store. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
