i need the following text to be translated to the correct language automatically using a mail script which looks at the TRmessage script:
dear sender,
The incident is currently resolved and is not being monitored for further support.
If you are still having the same issue please access the incident via the portal and click reopen incident and provide your reason for reopening.
If you are replying with a different issue or request altogether, please open a new incident or submit the appropriate request via the portal.
can anyone help me out with this ? i added the text in the message table already
