Maintain Item

When i configure maintain item for a particular item i don't find the option to remove the quantity from the task, I feel like i'm missing some of the check boxes in the maintain item i have checked with the view and it seems to be saame for all   the existing items .

Even when i try to create a new item i don't find the option to uncheck the quantity from viewing in the cart.

In geneva and eureka ,I can see those..I dont have fuji to check it out.Did you select the various views and checked if those fields are available to select?

Yeah i checked with all the views but i don't get that option back , During the time of Implementation it was available all of a sudden it is missing

On the maintain item form ,configure form layout to add the below options and check the appropriate ones for your items(new or existing),This is in eureka and I hope it will work on Fuji/Geneva too.I believe cart layout applies to all the items ?never tried it.

I tried but it doesn't seems to be the solution. I don't see those options on form

Hi Sajin,

Have you tried resetting the personalise form. If not try that once
