max_unit variable attribute not saving

So I'm basically trying to do a simple variable attribute assignment but when I save the "Variable Attribute" is blank. The instructions are on this link:

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-servicenow-platform/page/product/service-catalog-management/reference/variable-attributes.html

Instructions:

max_unit

Sets the maximum unit of time for the duration. Possible values are max_unit=days,max_unit=hours,max_unit=minutes, and max_unit=seconds.

For example, if max_unit=minutes, the duration is displayed in minutes and seconds. In this case, a duration of 2 days 3 hours 5 minutes 15 seconds is displayed as 3065 minutes 15 seconds.

Applicable variables: Duration

Yes, I'm doing it in Duration variable.

I think i've read somewhere this is a known issue, is that possible that they put something on the documentation that simply doesn't work?

Are you changing in the correct scope?

Where are you changing this?

If updating directly in the form doesn't work, you can check attributes related list on the dictionary to add this attribute there and check

Feel free to mark correct, If I answered your query.
