Hello,
is it somehow possible to activate the @mention functionality in Service Portal comments within "Ticket conversations" widget? I've tried in Helsinki and Jakarta and it seems not to work.

Hi Lukas,
This functionality is not available in the Ticket Conversations widget at the moment - it's a UI16 feature.
I'm sure it would be possible to create a separate widget to reproduce a similar functionality for Service Portal though.

Lukas, I'm curious if you were able to implement something for this? We're also being asked about @ mention functionality in the Service Portal. If you've got any advice for us, I would really appreciate it.

Hi, Susan. Our customer considered this as "nice to have", but with low priority. For the moment we have no workaround and we're waiting whether this would be added to ServiceNow.

Hi,
I raised this topic to ServiceNow support and the '@mention' is not currently supported in the ticket conversation widget. But an enhancement request has already been submitted. Unfortunately they can't tell when this feature will be added to a release but will be for sure taken under consideration.
Did somebody have implemented it into Service Portal?

For anyone that may come across this. It is now supported in in the Activity tab on a standard ticket page.
