MFA with authenticator app OTP is not working

Hi All,
I have set up Multi-factor Authentication for local login (without SSO). When a user logs in, they are prompted to scan the QR code for the authenticator. However, after scanning the QR code and entering the OTP from the Microsoft Authenticator, it is being marked as incorrect. The email OTP works fine, but the OTP from the Authenticator (both Microsoft and Google Authenticator) does not.
If you have any suggestions to resolve this issue, please let me know.

You can set the Validated field to False in the user_multifactor_auth table. Then try login again

Set the Validated field to False in the user_multifactor_auth table for the user. Then, try logging in again. It will prompt you to configure MFA again. Delete the existing configuration from the authenticator app, re-scan, and try again.
