Microsoft Teams Spoke is now replaced by Microsoft Teams Graph Spoke (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-application-development/page/administer/integrationhub-store-spokes/concept/msteams-spoke.html).
There is a dedicated docs page for ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-employee-service-management/page/product/sn-teams/concept/c_ServiceNowForMSTeams.html) and it include topics for including ITSM, HRSD and Universal Requests.
It also covers Employee actions (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-employee-service-management/page/product/sn-teams/concept/employee-sn-ms-teams.html) and specifically Approval Notifications (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-employee-service-management/page/product/sn-teams/task/actionable-notifications.html).

Hi,
Do you know where can i find documentation of how to configure the approval process - post an approval with relevant information and ability to get the approve / reject action when it is done on teams?

@Eli GuttmanIf you just want to display the approval card on Teams, you don't need Teams spoke. Once you enable the ServiceNow to Teams integration and turn on notifications (Link), the approval card will be available right away. I received below notification in Virtual Agent as soon as I did these steps and tested as an approver.

Do we have to implement the virtual agent to use it? i understand how to do the the connection between ServiceNow and Teams - but do we need to implement certain topics and everything that comes with that?
Also, after we make the connection - once approval is triggered - it will pop automatically for the approver in teams?
