I am configuring Microsoft Entra ID automatic user provisioning with ServiceNow and facing an issue during the Test Connection step.
Issue:
- Entra returns Error Code: InvalidCredentials
- Message: "Your ServiceNow credentials are invalid. Please provide a current ServiceNow administrative user name and password along with the name of your ServiceNow instance."
What I have verified:
- ServiceNow instance name is correct.
- Username is correct.
- Password is correct.
- The provisioning user is active and has the required admin role.
- Password has been reset and tested multiple times.
- Same credentials can be used to access the ServiceNow instance.
- This is occurring in a client ServiceNow environment, not a PDI.
- The error persists every time the connection is tested.
