Microsoft Teams Spoke: How to create an Approval and Reject buttons in teams message

Good morning guys.

Does anyone have already configure the "Post a Message" action in Microsoft Teams Spoke? I'm trying to send an approval message to Teams, with Approve and Reject Buttons. I'm not finding any documentation explaining how to generate the approval buttons and how they are linked to Servicenow.

@Eli GuttmanOnce you enable the integration, the approval notification card will be available without any additional configuration for specific topics.

Please follow this link to turn on teams notifications in SN virtual agent setting (Link), and then the approver will receive an message/approval card in Teams automatically. Just make sure to test as the approver.

It is odd that the approval card was working right away for me, but it seems that you do need to turn on the notification and flows for other actionable notifications for ITSM Virtual Agent . You can follow this link to enable other notifications. Enable VA Actionable Notification   

Also the activate button was grayed out for me and I had to make a copy in order to activate the flows.

@shawna this is exactly what I'm looking for. Sadly the link you posted doesnt appear to work after the new update to Docs. Any chance you have an updated link or remember what this feature/product was called specifically?
