Developed a custom Python script to crawl URLs, extract content from Lotus Notes, and create or update Knowledge Articles in ServiceNow using ServiceNow APIs.
This approach also enabled me to seamlessly download attachments and images from Lotus Notes and dynamically upload or update the corresponding references in ServiceNow Knowledge Articles. Developing the full script took time, but I built it gradually—focusing on one component at a time and expanding from there.
