Hey Folks, my company wants to migrate from Confluence to ServiceNow's Knowledge Bases. Is there a direct way mass-migrate articles from Confluence to SN-KB or are we looking at downloading each Confluence article as a .doc and then importing into SN?

Just an update on this. Integration Hub standard is required to migrate content from Confluence to ServiceNow.

Unfortunately, I do not. Due to numerous formatting issues; my organization opted to have contractors manually migrate the content from Confluence to ServiceNow.
