Minimum system requirements to browse ServiceNow

Hi Team! 

I'm aware that this might be a silly question because everything in SN is Cloud based, but, is there any official documentation on minimum and/or recommended system requirements to browse ServiceNow?

The head of my department insists that he needs to get it in order to proceed with any talks about starting to use SN for its procesess.
