I am trying redirect user to an existing record producer from a function in the mobile app, how do I achieve it? I searched online and only see something related to applet and these https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0717918 but I didn't find it in the mobile app builder. Still not sure how to solve it.
