On which occasions do the changes in table does not get recorded in the Audit Log ?
We have some custom fields for Configuration Item in the "cmdb_ci" table which always logs the changes (Audit is on) but we noticed recently that the change was not captured in the Audit Log. I am looking for scenarios and experiences where you guys have faced such a situation.

didn't try that as the issue is in Production and we can't change it directly, the main issue is old updates of the fields are captured in the form but the recent updates are not.

HI Aditya,
Where do you want to capture this audits in Audit history right.
As dictionary changes are different and changing value of the field in a record is different.
Let me know exactly where you need audit.
