Need suggestion to remove Item from Popular Items (Service portal) without cloning widget

Hi Everyone,

 

Need suggestion to remove on catalog form from Popular Items in Service Portal (ESS) without cloning widget/without doing any changes in OOB script.

Could you please help me out on it.

Not possible without clone as you want to change OOTB.
