Need to create new ACL instead of giving sn_communities_admin role

  • One of our forum admin unable to see delete button to delete members in sn_communities_members table. Before Vancouver upgrade. She was able to delete the members. We got Hi Support solution: that we need to give sn_communities_admin role to the user. But as per our team suggestion. we can't give this role to the user. Instead of this, we need to modify ACL or Business rule if necessary. Or we can create roles and group for same.

 

Please help me with this

This can be achieved using the following steps.

1. Create a new role and assign it to the user

2. Add the new role in the role list of delete ACL for sn_communities_members table

OR

2. Create a new delete ACL for sn_communities_members table and add the newly created role on this new ACL.
