Hi All,
I have a requirement to migrate knowledge articles from SharePoint to ServiceNow , we have 4000 articles in SharePoint and we need them in ServiceNow.
Few articles have images, attachments and hyperlink in the articles so which format should we prefer to export from Sharepoint and import them to Servicenow so that article will look similar as in Sharepoint .
Please suggest ,thanks in advance.

Hi Willem,
We are in process of implementing 2nd solution, that you have proposed.
We are getting Error - org.apache.jackrabbit.webdav.DavException: FORBIDDEN. Is this because content we are trying to access is not webdav compliant ??
Also can you let me know pre-requisite of this integration.
Thanks,
Sudhir

Hello Sudhir,
Hope you are doing well!
I believe that you resolved this issue. Request you to share what steps you took to import content from SharePoint to ServiceNow?
We are currently facing same issue.
Error - org.apache.jackrabbit.webdav.DavException: FORBIDDEN
I highly appreciate your inputs on this.

Rahul Pawar
