Hi Folks,
I need urgent help on below.
I have a requirement to cerate new ui action "Create Problem" in interaction record on SOW. It should be placed below "Create Change".
Solved! Go to Solution.

You can achieve it by enabling one property.
Navigate to problem system properties.
Enable the highlighted check box.
Output:
