We are trying to implement On-Call Scheduling and Major Incident Workbench shortly. The confusion / question for you is this. We were under the impression that you needed to use Notify with Twilio for SMS and such. However, when we go to Twilio, we get the following:
Transitioning off Notify
As of October 24, 2022, Twilio Notify is no longer for sale to new customers and it will reach end of life on October 23rd 2023 for existing customers. Since this product will not persist past this date, we have created this guide to help you identify other Twilio products that may fit your use case, as well as solutions outside of Twilio. Please continue reading for full details.
I know you have the Notify for Teams. Is that the way SN is going? We are fine with that plugin and will take a look at it. But how about for SMS? Can't that be done via SN directly? Do we need Notify/Twilio? What is the best practice to set this up knowing that Twilio is transitioning off of Notify?
The doc is confusing to us, and hard to tell. If you can help point us in the right direction. Thanks!

@Patrick P - When I click on your posted KB Article - it gives me this message 'Your role does not grant you access to this article. Please use Search to find related content.' - Can you post the KB article here or change its access to Public?
