GenAI – Now Assist for Creator
With Gen AI, ServiceNow users can benefit from improved automation, faster problem resolution, and more personalized user experience. It's an exciting development that aims to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow's services.
Servicenow offers a diverse set of capabilities, and while some of them require licenses, there are also free options available. I am currently exploring the Text to Code and Flow Designer functionalities, which do not require any additional costs.
Steps to generate code from text -
- Login to the instance.
- Enable the Skills functionality. (Now Assist Admin à Features)
3. Assign the appropriate role(now.assist.creator) to the user.
4. Access the Fix Script option (alternatively, you can use any other scripting platform).
5. Look for the assist icon, which should now be visible.
6. Begin writing the desired text that will be converted into code.
