OneNote hyperlink within Knowledge Article

Within a Knowledge Article, is it possible to create a hyperlink to a OneNote notebook or section? If so, how?

When I've attempted it, I either get only plain text (no hyperlink) or an 'empty' hyperlink that doesn't link to anything.

Thank you.

open your editor and click insert/ edit link icon as shown below

Now add the details and replace your URL in the URL field

Yes, thanks, but I know how to use the 'insert/edit link' widget in the editor. However, in my company's ServiceNow implementation, it doesn't work for OneNote. I'm trying to determine if this a ServiceNow issue, or an issue with my company's production implementation.

Oh i see, typically it might happen when the URL entered is not valid. In your case not sure what is happening open a HI ticket to see the resolution.

That's an interesting use case you're trying to implement. Could you please explain what you're aiming to achieve with this approach? Perhaps there are more straightforward solutions available?
