Within a Knowledge Article, is it possible to create a hyperlink to a OneNote notebook or section? If so, how?
When I've attempted it, I either get only plain text (no hyperlink) or an 'empty' hyperlink that doesn't link to anything.
Thank you.

Yes, thanks, but I know how to use the 'insert/edit link' widget in the editor. However, in my company's ServiceNow implementation, it doesn't work for OneNote. I'm trying to determine if this a ServiceNow issue, or an issue with my company's production implementation.

That's an interesting use case you're trying to implement. Could you please explain what you're aiming to achieve with this approach? Perhaps there are more straightforward solutions available?
