Page inaccessible after upgrade

After having upgraded my instance to Australia, I can no longer access this page (see attached screenshot). I've checked the ACLs and even tried creating a new one that explicitly allows access to the page, but no matter what I try, I still get this error message displayed. Even selecting the "Admin overrides" checkbox doesn't help. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am using pdi since 3weeks now and no issue I faced like this. As it is PDI so tough to say what's wrong. Better release this instance n take new one.

I've just taken a quick look into our corporate demo instance that has also been upgraded recently and the issue is present there as well.

Then it might be som property issue or other business logic. For corporate instance log a now support case.

Based on my previous experience, Tech Support is rather slow in such cases. I was hoping to figure it out quickly. Appreciate any hints.
