Pass Location and Configuration ID variable to SCTASK with flow designer.

What is the trick to pass the config id and location variables to the SCTASK record with flow designer?

I have it set up like the image attached.  The config id and location fields are blank when I log a test task.

1. On submission on the RITM record, in variables sections do you see the values or is it empty?

For eg. 

2. If its empty, check for any onLoad client script or policies on the RITM or SCTASK table, which clears this value?

3. If its on the variables, check for catalog client scripts or catalog UI policies too.
