Hi team,
I have setup some custom monthly PA reports in the system for example the first contact resolution rate, size of backlog etc. based on assignment group breakdowns. For adding up the reports in the system, I have created PA widgets as well with "show data levels" set as true. Now in the dashboards the reports are looking fine, but when I am clicking on the percentages in those reports, it is redirecting me to analytics hub, there I am facing the below problems:-
1. by default the data levels are not showing in these reports unless we are clicking the label icon in the analytics
hub.
By default the scores are not getting shown up - The label icon is unchecked
After clicking the Label icon, the scores are now coming
2. Along with that when I am selecting the breakdowns and clicking the label icon, it does not shows up the data labels for all groups for a month, for some groups it is showing and for some groups it is not.
The black highlighted circles are not having any data labels
Any idea how to fix these above mentioned two issues? Any help will be really appreciated.
