Recently found out that an application i literally use every day (Application Insights) for performance monitoring will be deprecated in Xanadu. Also, the performance dashboards will be removed as well. I asked our SC about this, and his answer was Instance Observer. Thats all well and good, but we are not Impact customers, and IO requires Impact.
(its not my decision to NOT be Impact, trust me...)
Anyone who is NOT an Impact customer... how do you monitor instance perfomance near-realtime, like App Insights does on Xanadu? I know there are lots of reports i can run, and many PA indicators. But when an exec calls me and asks why the instance is running slow, i cant tell him " i have no idea, ill look at the data tomorrow when the PA indicators run to see.....). I need real time performance data... how can I do this?
all opinions appreciated...
