Plugin in Production is greyed out and mismatched version from sub-prod instances. Please help.

Did you check the patch version is same on both Sub-Prod and Prod instance?

You can check that using "stats.do" in Navigation Panel.

I feel so silly, I believe you are correct. The patches are different versions. Going to update and try again. If that works, I will mark as correct. Thanks!
