Plugin in Production is greyed out and mismatched version from sub-prod instances

Plugin in Production is greyed out and mismatched version from sub-prod instances. Please help.

SUB-PROD

the upgrade to the correct patch to match the sub prod instances has been scheduled and waiting for this to complete before I am able to check.

UPDATE: This fixed all the plugin with the issue, there is still one plugin having the issue still even after the version match up was fixed.

Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns plugins is still mismatched version.
