Plugin Manager Sync Issue

Hi Team,

 

We have just upgraded our Servicenow instance from Utah to Vancouver and while exploring the new plugin manager, I tried to manually sync the plugin manager with the ServiceNow store. But now it gives this message

any idea why its not able to sync with the store, how to troubleshoot this issue?

Are you trying in PDi? If yes, then don't worry it happened with me and it get resolved automatically. If its client instance, better to log a Now Support case.

It should happen automatically, nothing to be worried 😊

This can happen if you have changed the Date Format. It should be cosmetic and the data should be retrieved. Additionally you can use the Legacy Application Manager as well.
