Possible to target Inbound Action to specific POP3 account?

Looking for help configuring Inbound Action to only run when email is received via specific POP3 account. 

 

We have 2 departments that have Inbound Actions currently going through same POP3 account. When customers email both departments, Inbound Action for department 1 runs twice. We're hopeful that we can resolve this by creating separate POP3 accounts for department 1 and department 2 and configure their Inbound Actions to only run when emails are received via the corresponding POP3 account. I don't see a way to select a specific POP3 account via Conditions under When to run tab in Inbound Action configuration, but I'm hopeful this may be possible via script.
