Hello,
I hope you can help me, I have a problem with my header background color, I changed this property:
And this is fine with users that have "ITIL" role, I know, this property doesn't consider the roles of the user, but when I impersonate to a user that don't have roles the property don't work:
I know that this is related to the "itil" role because if I deleted the role from my user I don't see the change in the header color. I also made this change: I restrict the "domain picker", only user with "itil role" can select a different domain with the "domain picker":
but I'm not sure that is related to my problem because in no documentation I have found a relation between the header color and the domain picker restriction
¿can you help me?

Hi,
Please Navigate to System properties by typing "sys_properties.list" from Application Navigator Search and change the value of the below Property to the desired Value you want:
css.$navpage-header-bg
Once the Value for the above Property has been updated, Please Refresh the Browser to apply the changes. This worked for me or all the Uses even for those who do not have a Role in Service Now. Kindly test the same from your end too.
Hope this helps.Mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.
