Process Flow display a little wonky

Hi, all,

I have a process flow with 7 steps. The Choice list is set where the value = the label and the sequences are correct. The Process flow formatters are also set up very simply - for each name, the state needs to match the label.

When we create a new CR, though, my chevron shows the first 4 items with checkmarks and the fifth as selected.

What are some potential causes for this, please? There is the possibility of a change to the Workflow for this set of CRs but it's not a strong possibility.

Thank you for any suggestions.

Hello @KellyF

Can you show your process formatters full records screenshot for state that's displaying correctly and other that's not displaying correctly ?

Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.

Hello @KellyF ,

When you say the sequences are correct are you referring to the choice list, or the "Order" field on the Flow Formatters? This is what controls the order in which they are displayed from left to right.

Here is an example how it is configured for OOTB Change Management:

If the Order values are already set correctly on your end, can you please provide a screen shot of your Flow Formatter configuration?

Regards,

Robert

Hey, all. We have fixed it. The sequences  in the choice list and in the process flow formatter were correct. The issue was twofold - there's a workflow that's attached to this, and it hadn't taken in all the updates and the process flow formatter form was not saving the condition state. I had to keep putting it back in and saving/updating, and it finally gave up and saved my changes. One of the state conditions in the actual workflow was showing as a negative number and that had to be corrected. All good now. Thank you for your rapid responses!
