Hi folks. I need your help.
I am writing articles for new SN knowledge bases. A couple of weeks ago, the SN dev team did something on the back end and gummed up my article formatting. Each time I publish an article, the formatting changes. Lists display extra lines with no content, table spacing changes, and the article looks unprofessional.
The dev team seems to be struggling to find a solution to the problems they created. Is there anything I can do to fix these article publishing problems?
Thanks.

We don't know what they changed, so it's unclear how this should be fixed. But whatever they did, it should be captured in an update set, so they should be able to just roll back the changes they made, start over and let you test it before it's moved to PROD again.
It's very weird to have a DEV team changing something and then they don't know how to fix the problems they created. Almost everything you do in ServiceNow is versioned and can be rolled back.
