Push Notification are delayed more than 5 mins

I am configuring Now mobile,

When any of the push notification is triggered. it takes more than 5 mins to receive on my mobile.

I am being notified late, which could lead to delay for people using now mobile to

- Do you see the notifications being triggered in the push notification log?
- Are you using the branded mobile app or the one that is in the public store?
- Did you try to check if it is a network problem?
- Is the notification triggered based on events? If so, did you check the time it took for the event to be processed?

Please provide an answer to these questions in order to best understand the problem.

- yes the notification is getting triggered.

-No this is the Simple Now mobile app, provided ootb

-This is experienced not just by me, network is not the issue

- it is triggered based on the condition.

What is happening is that it stays in the pending state in log for few minuted before becoming successful.
