The quiz designer provides a single interface that users can use to create, edit, and distribute quizzes.

But how can I customise this page on my own? I want to remove some buttons and features; is it possible?

It's not possible. The code of this page is not accessible for customers.

the survey designer page is "$ng_sd.do"

Any UI page which starts with $ is a UI page coming from platform and we won't find it in UI pages table

So since we can't see that we can't edit it as well.
