I'm encountering an issue with the Service Portal user profile settings. In our development environment, there's an option labeled 'Team' available in the user profile, but after migrating the configurations to our UAT environment, this option is missing.
Does anyone have insights into where this 'Team' option might be coming from? I've checked the configurations and settings, but I can't seem to find the source of this option. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
