record producer items are not clickable/opening under my favourite mobile

Any idea if from now-mobile, from my favourite section, am unable to click any record producer items. But at same am able to click/opn other catalogs.. appreciate need any inputs on this please!

If we mark any record producer item like crete incident as favorite in nowmobile, then from my favorite we are able to see that but could not able to click it proceed from my favorite

When I tried adding favorite after opening a record producer in my PDI it is getting shown in the home page under My favorites UI section.

Please find the attached screenshots for your reference & they are redirecting to the form as well.
