Hello. I'm configuring ITSM Agent Workspace for the first time. I do not have much experience with Widgets or Portal Configuration sadly.
From an Interaction Record when the agent clicks "Create Request" and then selects a particular catalog item such as this one named "General Request", there are a bunch of widgets over on the right side. I just want to remove some of these widgets such as the "Cool Clock" widget.
I should be able to do that easily, right? What is the best way? Because I can't seem to get anything to work. Thanks!

Hello,
Have you checked your sc_cat_item page (Service Portal > Pages) yet? Open the page in Designer and you should see the skeleton structure with the clock widget in the right column of the container.
Please mark my answer as correct/helpful if it has helped you.
Thanks,
Logan

Thanks,
From Agent Workspace, from an Interaction record, I click the Create Request button and select a catalog item, the same way an agent would.
I observe the offending widgets on the right hand side of the page.
I Ctrl + Right Click on of the widgets. (Super-hidden feature, by the way.)
I Choose "Page in Designer" to open up the "Service Portal Designer".
This brings me to the "Service Portal Designer".
I see the offending "Cool Clock" widget on the right hand side...
But I am unable to:
1) Drag it off of the page back into the Widgets pane.
2) Delete it with the delete button.
3) Drag it to a new position on the form.
I get the following error message:
But I don't see any way to change my current application to "sn_sc_workspac". That does not exist in my application picker:
Where am I going wrong, or what am I not understanding? Thanks!

Hello Geoffrey,
It's possible the application name you see is not the true name, therefore you are not seeing it as expected in the application picker. Please go to sys_scope.list and search for the application scope; you will find it is for Service Catalog - Service Workspace application - this is what you will select in your application picker to make your modifications.
Please mark my answer as correct/helpful if it has helped you.
Thanks,
Logan

Thanks,
I see now how to map an application "Scope" to an Application "Name". Thanks for that:
I changed my Scope to "Service Catalog - Service Workspace"...
Then I open up the Service Portal Designer and I go to delete the widget from the page using the trash can icon at the top right of the clock in blue...
It asks me this...
I click Yes. But then I still get the following:
😞
Is this the normal way that Widgets are added to and removed from workspace pages?
