I would like to understand if there is a way to find out the list of dashboards that contains a particular report. Ideally looking to understand where can we find a relationship between a dashboard and report.

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

Sure, please follow the guide below:

 

1. Go to and open an automated indicator - no matter which one.

2. Click the "lunch dependency assessment" related links:

3. Select "report" and the report that you would like to investigate:

4. Click on the three linkes within the report, and press "show used by":

5. Do the same once more on each tab you see:

You will now see the dashboard using the tab which have the report in it:

and open the Dependency

Out of the box, ServiceNow gives you several nice reports of the Dashboards available and several reports of available Reports in the system.
