Hi,
I'm trying to install a store application on a customer's instance. I can't seem to request the app in the store directly, that just activates the store application for my companies' instances, not for our customers.
I've tried following the docs (Buy a paid application), which suggest that you can also request a store application from the instance itself. I wanted to try this way, but when I navigate to All > System Application > All Available Applications > Available to Obtain From Store, search for the application, and click on "Get", I get prompted to log in with my ServiceNow ID:
This will always report that my username or password is incorrect, though. I'm using a password manager, and used the exact same credentials a minute ago to log into the store website, but it doesn't work when used on the instance. Maybe MFA gets in the way, but even appending my MFA code to my password, which works in some cases, doesn't seem to work here.
Does anyone know how to get this to work?
Thanks in advance,
Max

I think the customer admin will need to request the app from the store. Not sure if a partner can do it on their behalf.
Alternatively, you can try opening a case with SN for clarification and to see if they can request the app for you from the support side.
